      APGRD Notes
It is not known when this play was produced. The date range for performance given here is between the year of his first competition (acc. to Suda) and his death (Marm. Par.). It is assumed that this play would have been produced in Athens. The play seems to have covered the same events as Euripides Suppliants (see Plutarch Life of Theseus, 29.4-5). The Eleusinians may have formed a trilogy with Women of Argos and Epigonoi.
