    Fiona Macintosh, Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques

    Wonderful news! Emeritus Professor of Classical Reception Fiona Macintosh has been been made a Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques by the French Minister of Education for her research in classical reception and theatre studies, her promotion of Franco-British scholarly exchange, and, during her time as Director of the APGRD, her significant contribution to innovation in the humanities and digital humanities. Congratulations Fiona!!

    BADA summer program 2026

    Applications are now open for the British American Drama Academy's (BADA) month-long summer Greek Theatre program 2026. Participants spend 10 days in London, 10 days in Greece, and a final residency in Oxford with the APGRD. The programme's interdisciplinary model makes it suitable for students and theatre practitioners at various stages of their careers.
