Augustine tells us that he sung 'The Flying Medea' (Medea Volans). It is possible that this was in singing competitions in his youth. The date range for performance offered therefore covers the period of his youth (aged 10-20) and the suggested location is based on the area where Augustine spent his youth and was educated.
